The following information is intended to warn reputable businesspeople about Mr. Anton J. Frick and his partner, Mr. Tomaz Korosec, as well as their business practices.
You can download the CIS (Company Information Sheet) for both individuals here: https://crypto-scammer.net/fake-documents.html
These two individuals were introduced to our investment company as Bitcoin suppliers by a London-based broker known to us. Mr. Anton J. Frick was introduced as the representative of the seller’s authorized agent, while Mr. Tomaz Korosec was presented as the authorized agent who—according to his own statements—held control over the Bitcoins.
In this context, a Liechtenstein law firm named Nagel & Frick was mentioned to us; they were intended to provide legal oversight for the transaction process.
We were provided with a wallet address, prompting us to commission our investment company’s IT department to prepare a forensic report. It turned out that the offered Bitcoins belonged to Paxos Trust Company, a regulated US-based fintech firm.
We subsequently contacted Paxos Trust Company to verify the details. It emerged that Paxos Trust Company had never issued any authorization to sell BTC out of this wallet and that the wallet in question was a so-called "cold treasury wallet."
We are dealing here with a clear case of wallet address misuse—typically intended to secure advance payments or guarantees during the course of a proposed business relationship. This case is particularly sensitive, given that the value of the BTC in the illicitly offered wallet currently stands at approximately USD 1 billion.
We have, of course, pledged our full cooperation to Paxos Trust Company and have already submitted a comprehensive report; we anticipate that the relevant authorities will be informed of this matter shortly.
