This announcement initially served to publicize a claim against
Al Dana Investment & Real Estate Development (based on the
Corniche, Doha, Qatar), its Chairman Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser
Al Thani, and his alleged representative Assad Muhammad
Raja—also known as Hussain Asad Chohan and, more recently, as
Meno Katarca. This publication takes the form of a sworn
declaration pursuant to Section 27 of the Administrative
Procedure Act.
Since we have not received payment despite numerous promises,
as expected, we conducted more in-depth research together with
our law firm. The following facts have emerged:
- There is no company called Al Dana Investment & Real
Estate Development in Doha, Qatar. The CIS presented to us is a
forgery. There is indeed an AL DANA INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT REAL
ESTATE in Muscat, Oman, where a Mr. Abdullah Nasser Ahmed Ali
Althani is listed as the Key Principal. Whether this Mr. has
any connection to the Al Thani family in Qatar is currently
being investigated. The website of the company in question,
www.danainvestment.qa, has since been shut down, but we have
saved all the content.
- It has thus been proven that Mr. Hussain Asad Chohan, who
apparently has been calling himself Assad Muhammad Raja since
his release from prison, has made false statements. We assume
that his deliberate intention is to deceive business partners
by feigning a close relationship with the Al Thani family in
Qatar. Attempts are also constantly being made to suggest a
close relationship with QNB Bank in Geneva—a claim that is not
true.
- Mr. Hussain Asad Chohan has now been officially contacted
by us and confronted with the information we have gathered. He
was given a final deadline for payment, which he has failed to
meet.
- Since we have already become aware of similar incidents
from other parties, we would like to issue this publication as
an urgent warning to refrain from any business dealings with
this gentleman. Furthermore, we wish to protect third parties
from potentially far greater losses. Our claim is manageable
because it involved a service. However, we have heard from
various sources that Mr. Asad Chohan is attempting to solicit
business transactions—including the presentation of a forged
CIS document—amounting to hundreds of millions of USD. These
are all scams. Therefore, extreme caution is advised.

Raja, please feel free to contact us by email. Our email
